Seems like you made something wrong

To know exactly what, you need to give some more information.

What theme did you have as your forum default when you installed TP
How did you install TP ? Pacjage manager or manuall install
Did you get any errors during the install ?

I used SMF Default Skin.
I installed via Package.
and I got a template error and a SSI.php error

Check what code you need to add to the SSI.php. you have the mod guide in the documentation :)

How and where do I do that?  O0

First you need to go to the docs section of the site and look under the manual install instructions.  There  you will find a link for the manual code edits that need to be done to certain files for Tp.   Find the one that has the edits for the ssi.php and make those edits to your ssi.php .   Be sure and make a back up of that file before doing any edits to it.  Just in case.   :)

You click the link in the header where it say Docs and in there you have the Mod Instructions] (http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php?board=131.0;sort=subject)

Scroll down a bit in that page and you find the SSI.php and look what code you have to check and perhaps add into your own SSI.php file as it probably didnt got changed as it should.
You can open your SSI.php file through FTP and open the file with notepad or similar and add the strings.

Everything you need to know is in the Mod Instructions :)

No you do not delete the file.  YOu need to download the file to your desktop and use a editor to add the edits as the instructions say in the docs section.  Then you will upload the file back up to your site and overwrite the one that is there.  MAKE SURE YOU BACK THE FILE UP FIRST>

Well no just deleting the package will not fix your problem.  The files that were edited will still be edited.  Its really not that hard to do what we are trying to help you with.  I would not give up just yet.  TP is a great addition to a forum.  We will help you until you get it.  :)
