Linux server with...

I'm changing web hosts.  The one I'm on now is Linux server and I'm moving to one with Linux, but the php and sql versions are different.  I looked around for this info and didn't find the info.

The new host only has - PHP Version   4.3.11
...and   MySQL  4.0.21   

...with Perl Version 5.6.1

I don't see any problems here, but thought I'd ask.
