I don't really hang out at SMF much but the real eye-opener for me is the way Cathy has behaved.

Sad times for SMF. I'm sure one way or another things will continue on. Whether it be with SMF under new management, or a group of people starting their own thing. We shall see I guess. No matter what though, SMF is the best forum software.

History has many examples of dictators/tyrants. It was their greed and self(ish) interests and not for the good or benefits of the general public. Let's hope that SMF survives.
