Everyone not seeing the same thing

Hello, I have an install of smf 1.0.7 and tinyportal and all that good stuff. I also have coppermine. everything runs great for me but for people on my forums.. well some people at that, they dont see the portal when they log in. when they log in it looks like a reg smf with no blocks or anything in the helios theme... can someone help please.

That happens when you have non TP themes. The main theme is Helios TP, do you have other themes installed?

This can also be that you havent set the correct permissions for your membergroups there.
Chen the blocks (Edit) and wee what membergroups you have checked to see the blocks on eather side of the forum.
The same way with articles open the edit article and see what groups you have checked to see them
