Conflict with helios multi

Ok i just installed smf and upgraded to 1.0.7, than i installed helios multi. Now i try to install TP 0.86 and yep a conflict. Here is the error i get

how can i fix this? I tried manually uploading and overwriting that file but still won't work.

Seems like you have to change some permissions to your files in order for the installer to write the files it need to change.
Also, you have to uninstall the helios before you install TP. No SMF only themes will work with TP installed, you have to install TP enabled themes.
Also, make sure you make all installs with the default SMF theme set, other wise you end up with more errors.

Yep permissions needed to be reset, thanks for the help. I had set the permissions originally but for some reason my ftp client didn't send the command and the permission didn't get changed even though it said it did
