Where do I put the language files if I install them manually

Just upload them like the normal SMF language files - in Themes/default/languages.

Thanks for the update, Bloc!

I'm a little confused about the manual install, however.  I uploaded the files and ran the manual_tp_install.php file, and it says everything was okay, yet I don't see how any way to enable blocks, etc.

I'm a newbie... so be gentle.   :buck2:
