Here is a list of 35 useful tools for Firefox, some of these I already use:

  • Firebug
  • Fireshot
  • Colorzilla
  • MeasureIt

Not listed, but I use these:
  • DownThemAll (great download manager)
  • FoxyTunes (The best webpage player for your browser)
  • possibly some others, I forget.

    Check out these others:

I don't recommend you install them all.. unless you like a really sloooooooow browser.

I use one other frequently - "Research me", it can easily search different sites for the word you mark. And you can change the items too. ;) Very handy, I setup a few regular sites.

But FireBug, Colorzilla, Lorem ipsum, measureIT are very useful too. And of course Web Developer bar.

You might also enjoy Adplus with or without AddArt. Strips all those blinkering ads everywhere. :P While not perhaps primary useful for web designers, they sure help with the irritation with some sites just to see the content there lol.

G6Cad

I use

1. No Scripts
2. Color Zilla
3. Xmarks
4. Firebug
5. Fireshot

Thats all you need, the Xmarks is the best ever, no matter where i am or have had a hdd crash etc it fetches back the fav links you lost  :D

IchBin

Very cool list. I think I may give one or two of them a try. I agree about the adplus. Ads are very annoying on some sites.

Crip

This 2 I use much Daily ------

  • FireBug
  • WebDeveloper

    ....this one came with FireBug
  • DOM Inspector
I have become comfortably numb!
