Cant sort articles

Ive just upgraded to tp. v1 beta4, Ive managed to getting everything working eccept for 1 issue.

When I try to sort my articles it doesnt make any difference.

The articles are in the same category , yet no matter which way I try to sort them , it doesnt do anything, it doesnt give me an error message or anything, any ideas please
