Undefined variable: modSettings error

hi -- i have a smf 2.0.13 with tp 1.2 and after disabling template eval.i am getting undefined errors

you got a reply on sm.org your issue does not seem related to this mod.

Well, the answer turned out to be in a TP code block in which I didn't globalise $modSettings.

thx -- wierd how when template error unchecked -- the error  pointed to membermap? (turns out that $modSettings isn't globalised in the membermap settings)
