Small shoutbox Bug...

Not sure if this has been reported before but the SBox doesn't seems to be filtering Spaces, so if someone shouted with only spaces it showed up.

You will have to live with that for now
The shoutbox is more or less totally revritten for the next rel of TP V1

Ah it also happens here, So I thought it wasn't addressed in TP 1.
