As you say the copyrights are visible when you are logged-in.
I don't know why they are not visible to a visitor who is not logged-in, one of our TP theme specialists would need to address that issue. 

That's the reason for me saying, " That's not really what I had in mind"... you still need to post a temp username/password for a 'regular' member so that other TP Team members can see the site and then when one of the theme specialists is able to help you they will invite you to send them a PM with an admin login. (if they need one)

I could use the same one that you did if that's ok.

That's fine, now other Team members will be able to take a look for you.

Now when you have removed the block the copywrites are showing up as they should for guests aswell.

The shoutbox must be some content you have added to your forum that have an open div tag some where.  Dissable all the blocks and articles and see how it looks ( leave the shoubox open offcourse )

I disabled all the other blocs and left the shoutbox open as you said; but it still does the same thing

I disabled the shoutbox and installed the advanced shoutbox and now it works great. Thanks for the help guys
