Anyone know how to display the latest member by membergroup?

let's say you want to show the newest member of a member group.

ex:

Latest Moderator:  crip

you may want to open your stats.php up located in Sources and look in there for clues in how to have this post for latest member the code reads like this

The latest member in a member group isn't stored anywhere. Sooo, this will be hard to do.
