TinyPortal button

I installed Tiny Portal and went to the settings and set the Show Downloads to ON.  When I log into the forum as the admin the Tiny Portal button is available. When I log in as a registered user, there is no button.  I have set up a couple of categories for file downloads and it works for the admin but without the button for registered users, they cannot access the downloads.  I looked in the documentation but I don't see anything that covers this.  How do I get the button for users so they can download files?

Did you check the permissions section? There are permissions for TinyPortal per user group

Thank you @rjen. I had looked at the permissions before but I guess I didn't notice that the Hide TinyPortal menu option was checked.  Works ok now.
