Think I am going to try that one.  See if I can get the site upgrade to SMF 2x and latest TP with default theme... and go from there.. Should prove to be fun just doing that...     But as we said on the flight line, if it don't fit, force it .. if it breaks it was probably bad anyway...

Mitch, make sure you backup the entire site and the database before doing this, or. better yet, setup that clone site.

What are you having trouble with, cloning the site?  It's not that difficult but there was a topic on SMF that I had referred someone to a while back which explained it pretty well.  If you need me to do so, I can try to locate that topic again.  LMK.
