New Block: Tournament winner!

Hi all! 

I made a new Tournament Block for Tinyportal.

This block will show the latest Tournament winner on your Portal!

Version 1.0

This block is made for SMF Arcade.

included in block:

- Name of winner + link to profile
- Avatar of the winner ( It will only show the Avatars which are on your forum )
- Name of the Tournament + link to the tournament.

I hope i make someone happy with this block!

Love it penny. Did you get the boss' update regards including avatars which are not within the avatar folder. he posted it after your post on his site. if you include that, you got a rockin block.
