Add "Cleanup Permissions" To TP

With SMF there's the ability, through the admin center, to change the permissions of all the files / folders.

Admin >> Packages >> Options >> Cleanup Permissions

AFAIK, you can't, through the admin center, do this with the TP files. It'd be great if the same could be done for TP, somewhere.

It would also be a good addition to have some way of sorting out Apache ownership as well. Those without shell access are going to have a very hard time with ownership issues.

I dont think it's possible. Its a php thing. If it is possible, it would more than likely be very hard to code in, in a way that's suitable for every installation. So I guess I'm lucky to be able to stick with PuTTY.
