With TP enabled and going to the general settings in TP admin I have the left bar set to not be hidden when in the forum.  It stays visible with some threads but goes away with others.  Any idea how to mak it stay period?

It should stay, but obviously it's not.. you could try setting both left and right to stay on; and then try keeping on only he left..I haven't ever saw that do that before until now..

Well I tried that and it's still doing it.

Maybe some of the others guys here can give you an answer as to why?

HA! I figured it out. You had certain sub-boards set to use the old helios that was installed. (which wasn't the TP helios). I deleted the old helios and now it shows the default theme in those boards. You'll have to go into your admin settings and edit your boards to use the helios_TP theme.
