Navigation this site?

Hi,
I'm new here and this may be quite a dumb question, if so I'll wear this  , but --- how does one navigate simply from the 'HOME' page *index.php* to the forum index here << http://www.tinyportal.net/smf/index.php?action=forum#4 >> - there doesn't seem to be a relevant menu button or link twixt the two?

index.php?action=forum will always take you to the forum..but not all themes are updated to have that particular button yet..since this site also acts as a showcase for regular SMF themes, not just SMF + TinyPortal themes.

hm..actually the link-tree needs correcting.. I will do that asap.
