xml files instead of mod

Just a suggestion for the next release. rewrite the setup files to xml. I read somewhere on the simplemachines forum that mod files were no longer supported. or no longer going to be supported some time in future smf versions.

the thing is the mod files are really hard to follow especially when trying to figure out installation errors or rewriting themes to make them TP compatible.

The mod version will be supported in the future AFAIK. But they just won't be adding any more features for it. For now, Bloc is stuck on the mod, but I'm sure he'll make the switch eventually.
