Just started getting this error on only one board.

Cant work it out, any ideas?

Like I say the error only occurs on this board:

Thats must be another mod. TP do not adjust MessageIndex and SMF 1.1RC2 do not use that at all in MessageIndex.

It rather sounds like some other portal or banner mod maybe..
