Privacy Policy and Registartion Agreement

Lurkalaot / site owners - Can you please tell me how the privacy policy and registration agreement thing on this website works? The one which pope up when you login and you have to accept each page.

is it a mod?
Does it record the answers having been given by username etc.

The one on here is the GDPR Helper mod, although the one we're using is version 3 and not the newer version 4 one found, https://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=4183  I believe there's also a paid version of this mod as well. 

SMF 2.0.16 will have the GDPR stuff built in, so I'm only using this mod to tide us over.
