Hi

I didnt notice until people started pointing this out to me.....

On my forum the TP stats show wrong (view image below)

lok at how many guests there are and how many members (online) and then look at the total..its all wrong!

any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it please?

Update Ok I have been observing this fir a lil while now it seems when there are more than 7 people it stays at 7 but if the number of people online is 7 or below it works just fine

akulion

oohh this is driving me nuts now!! eeekk!!

here is another screen shot of all messed up stats!

HELP!!

Ps: my TP ver is 0.8.6 and the smf is 1.1rc2

akulion

the "Total" dosent count guests for some reason, dont think its a bug!

akulion

but how can that be?

here on Tinyportal.net it works just fine but I dunno whats wrong with the one on my site :(

IchBin

I just checked...yup I think i have the updated ones cos I only installed TP like 2 weeks back and the update post is from feb.

I just dont know what could be causing this small error - i havent even touched any of the TP files! Any modification made were to SMF files and those were mainly display.template and profile.template. Never touched ssi and I am guessing that data is compiled using ssi probably

bloc

No, those numbers are made by SMF internally. TP only use SSI for the names of the online members. Have you tried maintenance in SMF? clear un-improtnat logs, repair and re-calculate all totals?

It might be the db needing a tune-up only.

akulion

oohh yes that fixed it :D thanks :D yippee :D
