Sorry, I think has a misunderstand at here.

Firstly: I get those template from my uncle, he buy 5 templates from a site with prince 900$ and now not using at all, still some templates for blank and I get permission from him to get theme here for technodragon73 convert it . Here's his home page: http://nhacso.net/

However, when those template has been bought by him then I think him has enough permission to convert or transfer it to anyoneÃ, 

P/S: Those templates buy from another website (http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/5661.html , http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/5553.html)

not at: http://templates.bigwebmaster.com/flash_templates/tttw-flash-site-5553.html and I think this page is a reseller siteÃ, 

I think the issue here is even though your uncle bought them, it is like buying a DVD.  You cannot buy a DVD, decide you don't need it anymore, then give it to someone else to cut the video apart to make something else...it is still copywrite infringement.  You need permission from the "Original" author who created them, and that site is more than likely where he got them from as the file names match up perfectly with that site.

That being said, I have emailed the author listed at that site to ask his permission to use the images from those flash templates to make themes. as the copywrite that is posted there clearly states that you cannot use or modify the files from those templates for any other purpose than for the flash based web site.

Ok...here's the news folks...bad as it is:

That was the response to those flash templates...

As sad as I am (those templates for the forum turned out great) it is a no go!

So...Bloc or another admin or moderator, could you please either lock this topic and the one with the file to download the theme, or remove them please.
