It'll be a sub_template is not set. I wish SMF handled them better tbf

I hadn't noticed this bug until it was pointed out, I can see it blurts an error on page.

I can confirm, I get the same error, fresh install SMF 2.1 RC3 - TP 2.0.0

That's just the standard SMF calls and any template error will generate that.
