i think News should be in the Admin Center Menu Bar to the left like so...

If you mean News and newsletters then this is an SMF feature, not a TP feature.  If you want to move it though this shouldn't be too difficult really.

No i mean like when we click on settings it automatically goes to settings but there are several tabs and the first tab is News which is linked to TP...i would like that to be added to the TP part of the admin panel

Ahhh, I get you now, you mean in the TP tools block (inside the user block).

Yes..I will put it more visible, plan to utilize the news section better in future releases.
