I used this to install TP, everything works fine in English, except permissions are not shown properly for regular members.

For example:

Submit an article can not be added to regular members as the feature is not the backend AMDIN.

For a global moderator, the front page simply messed up.

You have to give permissions for the groups to see all the blocks. Edit each block and check the membergroup that you want to be able to view the blocks. Articles > Submissions to give permissions for submitting articles.
