Guys sorry
I figured out what was wrong
I did set as featured
Well removed it now and works!

Is there a way to take the code in a block?
I want to add the theme selection i mean the menu it has on the block
But make it above my logo

I wanted to mention one more thing.  You might not like to hear this.  Doing that is never a good idea.  The reason for this is because most themes, and every SMF Mod that you decide to use, including TinyPortal, depend on the existence of the SMF default theme being present as theme #1.  All Mods are installed to the default theme first and then the custom theme should be edited to make them work properly.  For this reason, I am surprised that you haven't run into more problems than you have.  Please be aware that, in the future, you could have problems with your site that haven't shown up yet.  In addition to this, further updates to SMF may be difficult to do.

Ok well good news
My host has backup each day Automaticly so i took the backup and restored the Default theme files because i havent installed any mod for like 2-3 days
