What you can try to do is to download the manual install package, upload all the files from that package manaully, and the run the tp_install.php and see if any correction to the DBB is made by the installer.
It will leave your DB as is, and just upgrade the tables if they need it

Should I upload manaul files over previous file or upload in new location ?

That's what I would try first. Don't delete it. Just uninstall it. See what happens. If you still have problems, you may have to delete it, which is why I suggested backing things up.
