Firefox help needed

I manage to do something with my browser here (Firefox) so now my bottom bar where the url, download process, and the other things that showed there are gone 

I have some extensions to my firefox (css, forms, images, Information, Miscellaneous, Outline, Resize, Tools, View Source and Options ) in the top bar where the url box and the other top bar links show.

I did something and not the bottom with the progress bar, browsed url with more is gone.
Can some one guide me to where i might get that bottom back, or where i can set it back to default or somethig ?
I have tried all things i can think of here, but the bar will not come back

I would get this extension if you don't have it already. It just saved me.I tried to update like 15 extensions all at once[don't do it :down:] and it screwed things up bad. if you have a lot of extensions to update do them 1 at a time..
