I upload the package of the SMF and it work.
Now, where upload the package of TinyPortal???

You place the Spanish TP files in the very same folder as all the other language files
forum/themes/languages/ here you place the TP language files with the others

You can get it from the download section here, i dont have to send it.
Im not so sure the Spannish translation is made for Tp V.096

You have one for Tp V.095 you can upgrade to Tp V.096 is you like.
You find the english package you can check from what code you need to add for Tp V.096, just a few lines so nothing big at all.
