I have a problem with Russain code page

Is it the forum button you have problems with ? that it doesent get translated 

For the site map link you have (modules) you can change that by renaming the link name.   Click the edit link in the block and change the text in the menu manager.

The forum butto you can translate in Tportal.yourlanguage.php in the language folder

TP tables already in utf8!

BTW the solution for any language and UTF-8 is to covert the TP tables and text fields to UTF-8.

All tables and it fields in utf8.

But when I add a new article, after this my article insert in the table with other code page.
I check it. It inserted not in utf8 and cp1251. I check this too...

It could be useful to ask your host for system compatibility with UTF-8.

Pure smf work with uft8 correctly, and now it understand russian text.
Error with coding repeat only in tinyportal part.
