Shoutbox Text Box Width Thingy

I've noticed that only in IE, when I type in the shoutbox, the width of the text box seems to move on the right side. I type in something and it expands on the right.

Just a thing I noticed. I'm not all that good with php so I really don't know how to fix it, but I thought I'd point it out and suggest a fix for it.

With Opera or Mozilla is okay, But with IE6 the text box seem move to the right
