Site Move and update

Sorry everyone for the site going down. Needless to say, the last host was a joke! Seems like we've been cursed with bad hosts the last couple of years.

I've got the site backup and working as you can see now. I'll work on getting everything installed and updated ASAP. Moved things to a server I maintain for a family member. Things should be much faster now!

Feel free to fix your user names (with special characters), and replace your avatars. It might be a bit until we get attachments/avatars/tp-downloads back since the host seems to have hosed our files.
