I want to put a poll on my main page. I have TP 0.98 and I want to know if I need another module or do I link a forum poll to the front page?

Anyway I am totally clue-less I hope those who are more familiar with it can help me out. Thanks.

You can add a poll by using the blocks. Take a look at them and view all the options in blocks so you can get to know what your options are.

You can also use a third party script. For more info, search the block code snippets board and you'll find some stuff in there.

Thanks very much I will look over it later. Sorta late now.

Edit. Whats the actual block called that I need to add. I am looking at block manager now and I am not sure which one it is.

Keep looking. Try things out. Experiment. I'm not going to give you "all" the easy answers. :)

Easy solution is a front page block (PHP) calling the ssi function for polls...

Kulrak

That function only shows the options to vote. Then when you use it to vote the poll is no longer there.
