Post An Iframe?

I've heard of user's being about to post an iframe within a post in rc1.1+, however I can't seem to figure out how to do it.

Also, what is the purpose of the superscript?

Superscript is used for.. well superscript!

sqrt(a² + c²) = c² (Pythagoras)

Were it not for superscript, it would read --> ItchBinTM instead of ItchBin^TM     

[edit: as I've been corrected, it's ItchBinâââ,¬Å¾Ã,¢ - sorry for any name butchering.  The point still being; however, you get a superscript effect.]
