Hi all,

On my website i have a javascript/html block with images(logos) to other sites.
I would like to have it autoscroll because of the size of the block.

Can anybody help me here and tell me what i should do?

Thank you

Do a google search and you'll find a plethera of information. Use a < marque > tage for one.

I did some resaerch and i found this code:

<MARQUEE WIDTH="100%" BEHAVIOR="scroll" SCROLLAMOUNT="2" DIRECTION="up" BGColor="">
<div style="height: 280px; overflow: auto; width: 100%;" align="center">

<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/1.jpg"></a><br />

<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/2.jpg"></a><br />

<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/3.jpg"></a><br />

<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/4.jpg"></a><br />

<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/5.jpg"></a><br />

<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/6.jpg"></a><br />

</div>
</MARQUEE>

Now i have no idea if this code is ok to use,so if there is something wrong please tell me.
I must say i tryed it out and it seem to be working. However, all the images in the block have no space between each other and when i go over an image with my mouse they don't stop scrolling.

Can you just tell me how to fix this or give me a link where i can find an answer to this?

Thank you.

Hmmm that code was not what it should be.
I added another image(link) to it and i got an manual scrollbar at the right of the images and it was autoscrolling with the images.  :)

I tryed doing somethings and i deleted this code:
overflow: auto;
Now the images are autoscrolling nicely up.( i have no idea what im doing lol)

If someone know what code i have to add for a little space between the images and/or a code so when you go on the images with mouse they stop scrolling, that would be a great help for me.

I looked every where but i can't find it and i don't know much about his code stuff.

Thank you!

Add <br> in the space between each line ie

<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/1.jpg"></a><br />
<br>
<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/2.jpg"></a><br />
<br>
<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/3.jpg"></a><br />
<br>
<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/4.jpg"></a><br />
<br>
<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/5.jpg"></a><br />
<br>
<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/6.jpg"></a><br />

crip

or:

<a href="http://www.mysite.com"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/links/2.jpg"></a><br />
<p>&nbsp;</p>

if you want a nice big space.. ;D

replace this

<MARQUEE WIDTH="100%" BEHAVIOR="scroll" SCROLLAMOUNT="2" DIRECTION="up" BGColor="">
<div style="height: 280px; overflow: auto; width: 100%;" align="center">

with this

<MARQUEE WIDTH="100%" BEHAVIOR="scroll" SCROLLAMOUNT="2" DIRECTION="up" BGColor="transparent" onMouseover="this.scrollAmount=0" onMouseout="this.scrollAmount=2">
<div style="height: 280px; width: 100%;" align="center">
