Error uploading smileys

I have posted at SMF with no response. So, I figured maybe someone here could help.

I am getting a database error when I tried to upload a new set of smileys. It has been a  while since I added smileys so not sure when it last worked. I don't understand how there can be a DB error.

These are the mods I have installed:
- Tinyportal v8.6
- SMFArcade 1.3.0 B22
- Users online today
- googlebot & spiders
- visual warning
- karma description

Any ideas?
