That question goes beyond what we can offer for support here, as you are asking to basically re-write the theme. I would suggest contacting the author of the theme and see if he would be willing to help.

it is not so much rewriting the theme, it is most likely a good bit of css to do this. also bloc is the author and this is i believe the support site for this theme. i also dont see the benefit of removing the header, it is a section that helps define the forum and may confuse users on mobile if it is missing.
