Related Error messages: Everytime I try to click on Panels And Blocks, I get an error saying,

504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.

But the thing is, almost everything else I click on when using TP, works fine...but sometimes I gut this weird error, and always get it when I click on Panels and Blocks.

Not really a SMF or TP error but a server configuration error

You probably need your host to increase the amount of memory that is allocated in your php.ini file.  I had this error awhile back and that fixed it for me.  Have them increase it to at least 16MB.
