Block Manager very slow to load

Hi all,

Been having problems with my block manager, it often takes up to a minute to complete loading when I click on it.   All other pages in my admin panel load straight away, but not the block manager. 

The status bar at the bottom of my browser shows full, but the page just sits there for a while and my browser becomes unresponsive until the page loads completely

I recently upgraded to the latest version of SMF 1.1.6, but not sure if that was when my problem started.

Any ideas what to look for please?

Theme name and version: Theme I'm using is just a colour moded version of the default.
