This topic goes in several directions lol ..but first: the tpmodule function will be as Dragoon describes, self-contained modules using same system as other SMF mods(the bigger ones not solely relying on SMF functions), with source files/templates/langauge files. It will be described by a xml file where you specify permissions you are adding, what functions it will start with, what extension/call will trigger the module and what to use for its blocks. I am not too fond of tpmodule=83637 type of links, so you can specify a extension of your own, like TP Downlaod manager does now, with its dl=xxx.It will need action=tpmod first, but then you got full freedom.

To the other part(s):

- being alpha-tester is something the team suggests and we arrive at a decision about it. Generally it takes a while to become one though, and requires a bit more than 7 posts lol. that said, of course any suggestions are welcome, though I will not promise everything will be taken in. Yes, i am the only developer on it, but the team and alphatesters, decides heavily what to add, what doesn't work so good and what should be in. I got several ideas, but there are also others that should be in anyway, thats how the interaction between us work.

So dont feel discouraged, your ideas will be read and discussed no doubt , but as said, asking to be alpha tester is not the way to go.
