Spanish TP 0.9.8 translation

Hi,

I converted de UTF8 translation into non utf8, and translated some stringtables that were still in english but not all, only the lines that are displayed in the index and PM box. Maybe I will translate next week.

It seems to work, I am using it, all works fine

just try.

thx, I have to say you that I am Italian, and I do not speak spanish, a spanish friend, from Valladolid (I dont know if it is correct the name), did it with me from italian and english, we talked a lot, and we did a little bit each day, I am using it on my forum and all is working.
