Is the homepage of A tp installation slower than other sections.

I can not tell if this just started happening or what, but the homepage of my site is taking about 2-3 seconds to load. (Reading the little page created thing at the bottom that tells you this.) This only happens on the homepage and not on the any of the other parts of the site just the homepage.

Edit: Found out that php has to loaded first then the page will display and that html can load after. Sorry.
