Recent Topics Block Disappearing scroll Bar TP 098

I have enabled the scrollbar in the Recent Topics block but it seems to like to disappear after a little while. I checked the Admin section and the feature is now unticked and I have to enable it again. There doesn't seem to be another Admin on my site changing this option in the settings. It's very odd. I also thgought that maybe becasue I changed the standard 20ex in TPortalBlocks.template.php to 40ex might have caused this, but this happened before I even changed that setting.

I noticed someone else had complained about this in the Announcement thread that was locked because people were looking for support there. I'm wondering if this is happening to anybody else. If this has been addressed already, I apologize.I did a Search and nothing came up about this new feature in TP 098. but rather an old topic relating to adding this option to 098.

I will check if its indeed something wrong with the saving of this.

It was working fine for a while and then today, Poof it's gone. I think it has something to do with when you go in and edit another Block. I have not needed to edit one of my blocks for a while, but today I did some editing and the scrollbar vanished. I did not edit the Recent topics block . A few others were edited though.

This is also happening on my site its fine till you go into edit other blocks then recent topic looses its scrollbar setting

I'm also having this problem.  Has anyone come up with a fix?
