TP issues

I am helping a friend with he's SMF and TP forum. But for some reason the main page is only showing the default theme, while going to the forum it does show the selected theme.
SMF version is 1.1.3 and with the newest TP.
I've done the same thing on my forum, without any problems, so it's kinda mysterious to me.

Anyone got an idea to why and how to solve this ?

Thats because you have an article on the front page, and its set to use only the default theme,

We tryed your suggestion and selected, well everything selectable in different combinations. Even the same settings that I have in my forum. But it still won't show the theme on frontpage like we want.

In the article options did you select a different theme for the article?

You've put me on a track I didn't knew of. I tried a few options there without any luck, right untill I tried the Single articles with no category (witch wasen't active) and noticed it was set to use default theme.
Changed it to the theme I wanted and ... It works now.
