Ok this is slighlty complicated but here is the run zone

Site A - Main Site - Database called SMF1
Site B - Future Site running with Tiny Portal - Database called SMF2

I just finished SITE B, and was planning to swap the databases with Site A, so i swapped propeley and then plugged them into Site B but nothign worked, got a missing a TP blah error.

I then found out that TP leaves its own TABLES in my DATABASE, so I went into DATABASE: SMF2, extracted the TABLES that were labled: prefixed_TP_filename, and injected them into Database SMF1.

I then tried to swap databases, Site B running on DATABASE SMF1 with Tp, and then my themes seems to disspear (white everything), my logo (added via html) and a few custom added buttons dissapear, The center block for forums show up, but all blocks and everything dissapear.

Now when Site B running on Database SMF2, everything works 101% theme is supported and no flaws, but when I swap all this happens.

I am pretty stumped here, what do you guys reckon I should do? Thanks...

use repair_settings.php from simplemachines.org
Then change all the urls in the admin panlel for the themes and for downloads and you will have the site working

Nope I did that too, but I am not really worried about the themes becuase it is restored when I login.

However the TP blocks dissapear and all added HTML dissapear. Some one told me its your style.css but thats not possible becuase it works fine on database SM2, but something when swithed at SM1 causes issues.

Is there a list of files TP edits/creates in database? Maybe I overlooked something crucial (I did get all the ones that had a tp prefix)

If you can and still have the first site up and running, you can (best way as far as i have learned) make a complete DB backup through phpmyadmin and then export it to your new site.
For the tables with the TP package you can look in the install.php file in the package and see what tables it adds during the install.

Are you suggesting that I transport my datbase SMF1 to SMF2 which already has TP installed?
