Which is this^^
Now "lcoated " shouldent that be "located"?

In the new theme while clicking quoting the quote first appears on Quick reply box and then Reply page opens with the quote.

This is done by IE only and same happened.
I think you are not getting me.
The issue is with Quoting not replying with quick reply box
When quoted with IE6 the quote comes in quick reply box and then a new reply page opens with quote but it isint happening with FF

AH! Now i see it to.
The ajax bar pops up and add the quote to the quick reply box instead of just make the quote in the regular post frame with the smileys and tags.
