Comparison module/add-on

Hi,

Is there any module for either TP or SMF that will let you build a "comparison tool". This tool/utility would let you list features of a product and compare it against other products. Users could then pick any 3 to 5 products and view all features side by side with check boxes showing whether a product was missing certain features or not.

I have never seen such a thing in either SMF or TP.

I googled around and couldn't even find a JAVA tool that would let you do this.

Sounds like something a ecommerce script could use - or have? The closest thing i can think of in SMF/TP, is comparing members data maybe.. Otherwise its not really any use afaik.

It could also be used to compare things like Software features or package features. Maybe even Forum software so people can see what options are available before they pick one particular solution.
