Download module - 26 bytes problem :(

Hi all;
i have problem with download module.
files uploaded before 28 march can be downloaded correctly. Files uploaded after this date cant be downloaded. all have size 26 bytes an they are corupted.
when i upload file all is ok. I check it via FTP download via ftp and all is ok, but trough dl manager on my TP all looks like 26 bytes and files are of cource corrupted.

Where is the problem please ?

Case vith date is onlu for imagination.

Do you have the proper permissions set on the downloads folder? Did your host change any thing on the server?

i dont know where is the problem

permissions on DL DIR are 755
i dont change anything on server

files uploaded via ftp and manualy assigned in the TP works but files uploaded trough TP cant be downloaded, but size of file uploaded trough tp is ok when i check it via ftp and download it via ftp all is ok.

i have no idea

Check your file's size on TP download setting in TP to make sure you have the correct file size you wanted on the download setting.

Try change the download folder to 777 instead.

file size limit is ok - 50 MB
files are doc, pdf - extension allowed

i trying chmod ing DL folder before i post here

filetypes are doc and pdf etc less 2 MB

the index.php is a file you can edit all that.

Put the filesize in format in KB not MB and see if that would work for you.

size of index is 16 bites....

check with your host in case he did change something on your server

If you're host changed their php/apache configuration you may have a problem because of them. I'm not asking if you changed anything.

server where is TP located is my friends server and he did not change anything .
I have shell access to a server and root passwd of course too
nothing was changed
It was 1st what i do ... ask about myu hosting
permissions are ok
system is ok
i have no idea ...
i can try backup TP database an make clean install and try it on clean TP and SMF files

Setup a test install in another folder and see if you get the same problem with the downloads. I don't think you need to touch your live site.

after reinstall with new uploads all workz ok
old files have same problem

its partially ok and solve my problem
i must only reupload 20 files

Sounds like some of the file's isn't any good.
