YouTube Videos

Today i tried posting an YouTube video in an article.
And it played well in the administration area in the FCK Editor.
But on the Frontpage and Article page it is not working properly in FireFox.
It works perfectly in IE.

Does anyone else have this problem ?

I just read something about that over on SMF... seems you need the latest version of FF (2.0?) to overcome this issue.

Coz my version is 1.5.0.9

And Ken, Did you read if there was any correction for my version of FF ?

And is there any way to upgrade my FF to 2.0 ? I clicked "Check for Updates" and FF told me that there are no updates.

Theres no update for FF 1.x.x to FF 2.0. Its pretty much a clean install, but it will keep your bookmarks and extensions that are still compatible though.

Will the Bookmarks and Extensions be transferred to 2.0 automatically?

And also, should i uninstall 1.x.x before i install 2.0 ?

leave 1.x.x and just install 2.0 over it

this will leave all extensions etc that are compatible with new version, some may not be.

I can upgrade. But i cannot expect all my visitors to have 2.0

I cant get it to work in either IE nor FF...

I put this into the article editor with the show html on.

I get this blank box in IE and nothing at all in FF. Anyone know what's up?

Not sure if this will be helpful but..........
it is the same code that I use with no problems.
Check your browser(s) settings and plugins especially if you have Quicktime installed....and it was installed before your Flash Player was.
